Default Weapons Collectors?

Thinking about starting a collection of swords and such. I've had a crappy, unbalanced, and false-edged katana for some time (at least it holds together well) and I'm about to buy these because they look pretty cool, are cheap, and extremely durable.

Anyone else collect, or just have a sword lying around? Post a picture and show them off here

No offence but I don't see why people want swords o_O I know I have a firearm but that's because I hunt and live in a not-so-friendly place.

Well, you can either use them for sparring, or you can hang them on the wall because they look cool . And if you wanted, you could hunt with them... or kill intruders... and innocent people...

If I ever get a sword, it will be in like 10 or 15 years when I am much better with them than I am currently, and I'll get a $20,000 one crafted by an actual Japanese sword smith (the kind that they have to register with the governmnent and what not), so that it's an actual sword and not just a large kitchen utensil.

Swords are cool although they have verry little use.
